If you do personally advise Orchidaceous Supplies of your Credit Card details, be it verbally, by fax, or mail, then Orchidaceous Supplies, will only keep such details for a limited period (as required by law) to ensure that the transaction has been successfully completed and any possible dispute period has expired. Once this occurs, any electronically saved information re your Credit Card details, is deleted from our records and any hard copy of such information is destroyed.
